1. What is Hypnotherapy and Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)?
Hypnotherapy taps into the subconscious mind to change deep-rooted beliefs and emotions. Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) combines hypnosis, cognitive reprogramming, and neuroplasticity to create fast, lasting changes in thoughts, behaviours, and emotions.
2. Is hypnosis like what I’ve seen on TV or stage shows? Will I lose control?
No! Stage hypnosis is for entertainment, where volunteers perform silly acts like barking like a dog. In therapeutic hypnosis you`re always in full control & aware of what’s happening. It simply puts your nervous system into a deeply relaxed state, like when you're daydreaming or falling asleep.
3. How does hypnosis work?
During hypnosis, your mind enters a relaxed but highly focused state, allowing access to the subconscious mind—the part that stores deep beliefs, habits, and emotional responses. By reprogramming limiting beliefs, we replace outdated mental patterns with new ones that align with your goals.
4. What happens during a session?
We start by discussing your challenges and goals.

5. Why do I need to listen to my follow-up audio for at least 21 days?
Your brain needs time to rewire. Listen to your personalised hypnosis audio daily for at least 21 days to reinforce new thought patterns. Like a mental workout, the more you practice, the stronger and more natural your new mindset becomes.
